For the NFL Frankfurt Games, Fanatics asked WDC Spaces to activate Nike NFL at retail across Germany - turning existing stores into high-energy, event-led destinations. We created pop-up environments in 43einhalb, Galeria and SportScheck that built hype, showcased official product and made the NFL moment visible on the high street.


At 43einhalb - known mainly for footwear - we delivered a full brand takeover: bold window graphics, adaptable fixtures and storytelling that introduced apparel, drove curiosity from the street and created a clear NFL focal point without permanent refit.


In Galeria and SportScheck, we integrated Nike NFL elements into existing department store layouts, using mannequins, stadium cues and flexible pop-up systems to create event zones.


Using cost-effective, reusable fixtures and tailored graphics, we delivered fast rollouts that matched the original concepts and gave Fanatics a scalable activation kit. The result: immersive NFL retail experiences that attracted fans and fashion shoppers, amplified the Frankfurt Games, and proved the value of agile, event-based retail.
