For more than a decade we’ve helped ASICS turn global retail strategy into consistent, buildable stores - locally and at scale. Partnering with global and in-market teams, we’ve created new concepts, value-engineered existing ones for rollout, and produced guidelines that protect brand experience while controlling cost and delivery.
We were asked to evolve ASICS' factory outlet format - an essential channel for the brand - so it could deliver stronger customer experience, better sustainability choices and tighter cost control, while staying aligned with global retail direction and brand standards worldwide, consistently.
We refined the award-winning concept with experiential touchpoints, warmer materials and lower-impact options, keeping refurbishment budgets steady and protecting rollout speed across markets and regions.
Our design team delivered concept development, store schematics, 3D visualisation and a coordinated technical package for approvals and contractor tender. During site works we supported ASICS with design management and coordination, ensuring quality matched the agreed intent on every store.
By reusing the core factory outlet fixture suite deployed in 200+ stores worldwide, we aligned outlet and full-price environments. Updated finishes, POS and environmental graphics strengthened product categorisation and showcased ASICS photography, creating a more premium, brand-consistent outlet experience for shoppers.
