Klättermusen is a Swedish mountaineering and outdoor brand that blends functionality with minimalist design, appealing to both adventure enthusiasts and style-conscious customers. We collaborated with Klättermusen to create a retail concept that reflects their technical expertise and sustainability ethos, while delivering an engaging and memorable shopping experience.


We were asked to create a retail concept for King’s Road, London and Stockholm, then scale it to Paris, Oslo, Munich and Berlin. We developed a versatile, rollout-ready model combining brand expression, merchandising and customer interaction. All underpinned by a desire for sustainability to be incorporated throughout.


Inspired by a ‘gear garage’, modular fixtures and display points present technical products in multiple ways, supporting storytelling, try-ons and rapid range updates across markets.




The interiors reflect Klättermusen’s clean, functional ethos, with signature details such as red aluminium fasteners and product webbing integrated into the fit-out. Minimal backdrops let bold colourways stand out, creating high visibility from the street and an open, welcoming atmosphere.
Highly flexible fixtures and material choices mean stores can evolve, refresh and localise without full refits. The result is a scalable blueprint for global expansion that balances aesthetics, functionality and sustainability while deepening customer engagement with the brand’s technical story.
