We were asked by Royal Nawaab Restaurants to reimagine Stockport’s neglected, iconic Pyramid as a premium, high-capacity destination for dining, weddings and events. Working closely with the restaurant’s leadership team, we defined a vision that respected the building, elevated the brand and created a new benchmark for large-scale, experience-led hospitality in the UK and for future venue growth.
We began with discovery - visiting Royal Nawaab’s London and Essex venues, meeting the founders and understanding their ambition for excellence at scale. Those insights shaped how guests should arrive, be welcomed and move between dining, event and private spaces and celebrations.
The challenge: create a luxurious, multi-functional yet durable environment that balances grand Islamic-inspired gestures with operational practicality. Set within a pyramid-shaped structure and handling high volumes of guests.

We specified high levels of craftsmanship - working with trusted fabricators, lighting designers and finishers to deliver statement chandeliers, decorative gold screens, marble surfaces and premium soft furnishings. Every element was tailored to withstand heavy daily use while projecting a luxurious feel.
The completed Royal Nawaab Pyramid delivers multiple wedding venues, dining zones and social spaces within one coherent scheme. It sets a new benchmark for high-capacity dining and events in the UK, reliably combining impact, guest comfort and efficient back-of-house operations.
